My sales man Richard Barrientos was excellent! He was patient with me as I searched for the perfect RV for me. He kept in great contact with me and he also knew my timeline from when my first visit was until I would potentially be purchasing an RV. He respected that I did not want to be contacted until my home had sold. He worked very closely with me and gave me what I feel was a personalized sales experience. I would most definitely and have recommended friends who are in the market for an RV to go see Rick.

Overall it was a great experience. The whole process there is great. My sales guy Raj did a great job showing me the RV as well as telling me everything he knew about it remotely. When I came to pick it up, Tina showed me the RV and did her best to make sure I had no questions or concerns before leaving the lot. Brian took care of me in finance and made sure all legal documents were handled quickly and efficiently. I bought this unit in the winter and it was already winterized and so when I went to test it out in the spring for our first camping trip, I noticed a major leak from the hot water heater after contacting Raj. My sales guy inform me that the best thing I could do was to bring it up and he gave service a heads up. In-service I got the pleasure of dealing with Matt and kayla. They stated that I was on to keep you camping plan and owned up to the issue with improper winterization and completely swapped out my hot water heater same day and had me back out on my way. The people you deal with in person are great although the call center is a bit tedious and hard to deal with as they have so many different departments that different people handle different things. That would be my only feedback, but I don’t have a fix for it as I know camping has a lot of different components to it.

I purchased a new Grand Design Reflection 337RLS and the buying process was excellent and was given a very fair price for my trade in. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I did have some warranty work done and everything was done quickly and professionally. I would differently use this dealership again.

Cal Kahoun has been a major upgrade as my dedicated Service Advisor compared to the person previously assigned to me and he's the reason I will keeping winter storing and servicing my RV at General RV.
