We have been going to General RV in Mt Clemens for many years and have always had great service. Christine, Walt, Laurie and Maddie have been the best for service and treat you like family.

I couldn’t be happier with my most recent experience with General RV. I had a tire break off my camper a half mile from the Wayland exit. I limped into General and they jumped into action. The parts they needed for the repair were on hand. We were back on the road in just an hour and 45 minutes. They over delivered and were so kind and offered helpful advice. I will definitely be back again.

Working with the service rep, Chad, and the technicians. Chad kept me informed, and I appreciated the techs’ patience in answering my questions.

After understanding what were interested in, David showed us a floorplan we really liked that matched what we were looking for, and then some. We didn't feel rushed or pushed throughout the whole process. General was supportive of and cooperative with our independent inspector and promptly addressed a few small items found before we took delivery. Kevin in Finance suggested some add-ons but was not at all pushy when we declined. The delivery walk through was nicely done and not rushed, John did a great job and Oscar got us hitched us up. All my questions were answered and I felt completely comfortable and confident pulling away.

Tina was very helpful then the technicians Sam and Robert worked hard to resolve a difficult issue. All seems to be great now thank you.

The Service Manager was really a great guy.

Shannon in the service department was absolutely amazing keeping us informed and up to date with repairs to our RV. This was very important to us since we are first time owners and very apprehensive. Brady in the back stayed in contact with Thor for diagnostics, repairs, and parts replacement. We are very happy that we can get back on the road again.

Great service

Everything, from the time we were greeted and spoke to a salesperson to the finance department.

When we arrived to pick up our RV the process was amazing. Tamara our salesperson greeted us, Kevin did the walk down explained everything Chuck in the fiance dept. was awesome even Nick the made sure everything went smoothly. Ms. Maria keep us up to date on the time it was taking to have items installed.

We are from Michigan, and couldn’t get anywhere with anyone. We needed a dealer that did warranty work, and I called your dealership and first talked to Tracy in service. She is the reason we came there. And then when we got there, Tracy and Kristen were amazing to deal with! And your techs did everything to get us on the road again, but need a part. The total experience from service and the techs and even all the staff that stopped to say hello to our 13 year old dog was great, hopefully be back Monday or Tuesday when part comes in. Our sales person Stephanie was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made us laugh and have fun picking out a camper. David Huber was so much fun. He showed us everything about our new purchase and very personable. Very helpful.
The only negative about the entire experience was Steve in finance. Sounded like everything he said to us was scripted. After we declined the extended warranty options he was quite rude and couldn't get rid of us fast enough. Overall it was a great experience, would highly recommend to anybody looking for a camper.

Everyone was very attentive to all my needs…from offering bottles of water to finding financing that fit, and everything in between. They even made sure everything in my motorhome worked as it should and checked off all my wish list items. I am one happy camper for sure :)
