I was in a very difficult situation. I needed a trailer inspection for my flatbed trailer. I called the store where they understood my need. The service and parts department communicated very clearly that this was close to the end of the day and if any work needed to be completed that parts didn’t have, they would have to fail the trailer. After I arrived Lori Greene helped me, quickly got the trailer in the system and talked to the tech. From start to finish I was there less than 40-minutes! This is huge and I could not ask for better service. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond. I knew I could trust this staff because I have purchased multiple RV. I was amazed that they took the time to help me even with a trailer General RV does not sale.

The continuous support and follow ups from Corey Mercer throughout the entire process. The professional service from the entire staff that also participated in the purchase of the RV. The video review and the helpful suggestions regarding possible add on to the trailer!

My service advisor Enoch was fabulous, as usual. I have worked with him before. The quality of the work is always great as well.

Your staff at Winter Garden is excellent. Our salesman, Gus, customer service rep, Tammy, and all around fix-it guy, Braeden, were so helpful and really made our experience memorable. We appreciate you allowing us to stay overnight to transfer our belongs from 5th wheel to 5th wheel. Something that Camping World did not offer. Tammy was on top of what was going on and made sure any issues were addressed immediately. I’m convinced Braeden could fix anything that comes his way. Two gem employees you need to hold on to. We are enjoying our new rig. Thank you!!

Brenda did a great job getting the repairs done in a very timely manner, being in constant communication with me, which that in itself is a big challenge. And she went above and beyond in getting the manufacturer to cover a repair that wasn't under warranty but was a definite manufacturer flaw.

There is one way General RV could improve regarding service. It took over 6 months to get a replacement fuel pump and filter for the Onan generator on my 2024 Thor Sequence 20L. Had this occurred during the prime RV season this would have severely impacted our camping options. That long a delay which effectively eliminated off-grid camping opportunities is unacceptable. Providing a “plan b” that ensures that repairs can be made without violating the warranty should be developed.

The service i received from your team was top notch. I cant.say it any better than that. Fantastic.
