What I liked about General RV was the personnel. I didn’t meet one person that didn’t treat me nice and I really appreciate that. I had to wait a long time one time and they knew it and so they gave me a little extra discount on some parts I was by the make up for the time that I had to wait I thought that was really nice of them. That was the Parts manager, but everybody was real nice. I can’t say enough about them about being treated so nicely!

We were traveling through town in our RV when we needed to stop at your supercenter for a part for our door. Not only did they promptly assist us, but they also replaced a slider topper that would typically take 6-8 weeks to obtain. We had the pleasure of working with Chris in the service department. He was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, ensuring that everything was taken care of efficiently. Thank you so much, Chris, for your outstanding service!

Travis helped us out in a jam while we were in a road trip. He got us a new spare tire and covers on the spot. We were in and out back on the road in an hour! Awesome guy!
