I loved the sale associate. Hands down my favorite part of the whole experience. Noe was reason I bought it. The numbers guy Mo not so much. I almost walked away from the deal because of Mo. he kept pushing for me to raise my financial limit which I did twice. Thank heavens for Noe though. I strongly recommend him. Very knowledgeable and friendly person

Our dealings with General RV began at the Florida RV Super Show in Tampa. From the salesman to the finance folks, they were all willing to work with us in a positive way. Once our RV was built and delivered, they continued to be top notch. When we took delivery, everyone at the dealership was professional and willing to answer all questions with no pressure tactics. Thank you to everyone at General RV of Greater Jacksonville!

Everyone was very friendly to work with, the service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a few issues with my motorhome that needed repairs, they were very fair and resolved all issues. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their RV in for service at this facility.!

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly. I was a little early for my appointment and the technician and service manager got me right in. Fixed my issues quickly.
What they didn’t have in parts, they ordered. Explained everything that was fixed. Also completed an inspection of my RV to ensure all was smooth and won’t have issues in the future.
