The speed and ease of the purchase. I don’t like aggressive sales tactics and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of everyone involved. If I had one complaint, it would be my interaction with the male at the parts counter. He was the first person I encountered when I entered through the service entrance. I needed help that apparently did not fall under his job description. He made it very evident that I was bothering him by his demeanor. He was fairly rude and dismissive, how dare I bother him with such a mundane thing. Overall I appreciate the good experience and a big thanks for to Terry who did my walkthrough and Sara who made every effort to help me during my time there.

The unit was great and service people are very good.

Our salesman, James, was great. He knew about the trailer we were looking to buy. Troy in finance was easy and pleasant to work with. When we picked up the trailer there was an issue with the inverter that we had them install. Service and everyone involved went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the end result. I think we had Monica helping us and the technician was Zach?? We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an RV.

The $2,000 for whatever they didn't do they didn't check the tires the tires I came home 40 lb pressure they didn't repack the wheel bearings they claimed they serviced it I don't see where they did anything as far as I'm concerned they stole $2,000 off of me
