This response is not necessarily for GRV but for the mobile tech that completed a recall and an awning issue.
Alvin Fox was the tech that made the repairs at Madison RV & Golf Resort.
Mr. Fox was accommodating however, his trouble shooting was lacking in that he overlooked the connection plug 🔌 for the front awning which was the cause for the intermittent operation of the awning. Instead, he cut the wire and replaced it with 18GA wire.
The problem was solved over two days. Mr. Fox committed to 0900 the next morning. He arrived 1.5 hours late without a text message.
My recommendation is an 8 on 10 scale.

We got an appointment quickly. Our service advisor Megan was very good to work with. They do a complete inspection of the RV every time they service it. All issues were addressed and the one item required parts ordered and will be rescheduled for reoair
Tom, Shane and Warren have always been very good to us when our RV is in for service. They always make sure that everything is repaired correctly and that we are happy with the final outcome.
Delivery process was well organized, staff were friendly and able to answer questions.

The service center is convenient to my house. My serve advisor Frank was great, the pre inspection pointed out an issue with my awning that I would not have seen. They were also able to complete a couple other minor fixes for me. The work was done on time. When I picked up my RV Frank took the time to show me the work that had been done.
