I live in Palm Beach Gardens but contacted the Ft Pierce location for ordering a part that had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Tania in the parts dept picked up the phone immediately and was very responsive and helpful. Received my part quickly. The West Palm location never answered the phone or returned calls.
You are always willing to work with me on the price and you do a thorough check over the RV with us when we make a purchase. For these reasons even though I went to many other RV dealers. I came back to General RV to purchase my second RV.

I have been having issues with MB and RV dealers getting the run around. This trip went as it should. And actually above and beyond which I greatly appreciated. I was able to stay night before in parking lot. Some issues needed more attention so parts ordered next day and they fit me in to get it done. I’m so grateful. Otherwise I would have 2 1/2 hours one way back home then back out again. Thank you so much !!!

The young lady that was helping me went above and beyond. She went back to the store room rummaged until she found what I needed. I was at two other places before talking to general RV and neither one could help me.
I was impressed.
Had the CO alarm I needed and was back on the road in minutes and installed upon arrival at Boyne in just a few minutes with the easy instructions!!!
