This was our 3rd RV purchase from General RV. The trailer that we wanted was still being built in Indiana and we had a camping trip planned in 10 days. Somehow it all came together and the trailer arrived on Friday we picked it up Saturday and left Sunday for camping. The entire staff at General was amazing. Thank you to our salesman Greg Ouimet and those that filled in for him when he was not available!

Friendly service. Willingness to make the sale. Assurances guaranteed. And when you messed up, your people bent over backwards to accommodate your customer getting home 2.5 hrs away without the RV. Then delivering it a few days later on a Sunday.

I like the people. Especially my first contact, Jaden Jacobs. A salesman that is truly helpful and never pushy and he really is a good listener. The second thing I liked was their system. It is very streamlined. My only face-time was at an RV show in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The whole purchase process occurred after the show over the internet and was very easy.
