The staff is very accommodating. When issues arose several people from different departments jumped into action to resolve issues. My dad was towing my unit for a trade in and had 2 flat tires at 2 different times along the way, The second flat tire two members from service came to assist my dad on I4. Once the tire issue was resolved they filliwed my dad to ensure he arrived safely. The way the staff treated us. Made me feel like I'm part of the General R. V family. I really appreciate everyone's time and assistance. This was a quick transaction a d i am very happy in my new home. I would definitely recommend General RV to friends and family. Seamless process and when it came to warranty work, we were scheduled for a particular time, pulled in and work was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.

Service was prompt and work was satisfactory but the labor rate is excessive. All personnel were polite and professional.

From the first hello at the front desk, to working with Kyle and the sales team, Faraon during the finance process, the insurance team, as well as the walk through and service staff, I could sense that while big in scale General RV is still a family owned business. I appreciate that I was guided through the whole process with thoughtful discussions and answers to my questions. We are off to a great start with our new travel trailer !

The hitch had a spacer pin break, and GRV gave me the replacement part along with instructions for correctly adjusting the angle for the weight distribution system.
