He didn't try to pressure us into purchasing something that we didnt need or want. Marty was super helpful and explained everything throughout the financing. This is our 3rd rv. By far the easiest transaction from start to finish. Haley answered our questions..very knowledgeable ..very patient..we enjoyed working with her ....we did not at any point feel pressured ..all the staff were friendly.. good experience.. thanks everyone..

I had my fifth wheel in for a recall and was having an issue with on of the slides. They looked at the slide discovered the problem submitted a warranty request and scheduled an appointment to install the parts before I leave on vacation
Christian was very helpful. I was able to write down notes on what to do with the water filter and hot water heater. Plus, he informed me that it is best to turn off the ac before I turn off the generator. I greatly appreciate those types of helpful hints.
My van has two recalls. The general manager was able to get the five hour recall done. I live three hours from the general RV shop so I am very grateful when work can be completed in a day.

Jean, my service advisor communications were good, however, my original service advisor had a family emergency and I was left out on the lurch and had to contact the service manager, Kyle, to figure out what was going on. They apologize and conveyed it was a little chaotic trying to handle his hand off of customers waiting for parts to arrive and scheduling subsequent service. I felt for the General RV team as my previous service advisor, as I found , passed away unexpectedly (sad/shocking). Bottom line, the parts were reasonably priced and the service was fine - I have never departed the service department without finding something discrepant. My wife and I are overly nit picky because it seems like there isn’t a quality assurance process post completion of work.
