Start to finish I was able to take my time and figure out the best choice for my family. Todd was AWESOME, and thought ahead to have options available for us to view based on previous conversations. His attention and experience made the process seem-less. Day of, they were swamped with customers and still made us feel important while we waited for a few additional service items. From our “tour guide,” to time in finance and final walk through prior to pulling off the staff was extremely helpful and patient.

Personalized, friendly, informative service. No pressure to buy add on’s but everything was explained well so we could make an informed decision. We did realize that when we looked at our paperwork from Hershey there were two options for the extended warranty (3 & 5 year) but we were only given the 5-year option at the dealership which we did take. Other than that, we were quite satisfied with our visit!!

We did bring our new RV camping this weekend and noted the following:
one of the refrigerator door shelves were broken on one end,
grease on the front of the countertop which we got off,
the mirror in the wardrobe door is loose and rattled while driving and when you open it
The bathroom sink water line rattled when you turn it on (while using the water pump).

I felt that all the personal were ready to help and listened to my requests. The service was completed to my satisfaction, but I did have to have another employee check on when they would be finished when she noticed we had been there all day. The service representative came out shortly and brought the bill to me.
We will return for any additional work that we need.

The work was done earlier than expected and our service representative, Jordan worked very hard to please us. She is a great asset to General.

The ease of the whole service encounter. From the service writer to the completed service. Colt helped as a trainee and was great at what he was doing.

Great salesman and customer support.

They worked us in right away, even though the repair was something I did, not a warranty concern. They finished the repair in less time and slightly less than the estimate. Staffcwas courteous and professional throughout.

Well I should have asked more questions about the unit. I had a great experience with all the people that helped me. Yes I would tell people about General RV. I am enjoying the unit.

The team delivered what they said they would deliver when we initial made the purchase. The PDI was very well done with a very knowledgeable tech.
