The VIP treatment... This was our first RV purchase and although a big investment for us the stress was minimized by your expert personnel. First and foremost I'd have to say Phyllis Forster was a huge help understanding the terms of the deal, as well as insurance and financing recommendations. Mike Poma for getting us the deal to begin with. Tennille did a super job and was invaluable, taking us through our walk-through and making sure we knew all of the details and workings of the trailer. Her wealth of experience and know-how was a great asset as we get started on our RV adventure. And finally, the techs Nolan and Mark who gave us hands-on tutorials on all of the details of towing and leveling as well as tips on what and what not to do, as well as the install of our slider awnings.

We did experience a couple of necessary start/stops as far as the closing date, but all strictly essential in order to deliver a quality product to us.

All in all a very professional experience.

We had a great salesman when we traded our Solitude for our Brinkley 5th wheel. And we've had great service by Melissa when we've had to schedule a service/maintenance.

Rusty did a great job finding the camper we wanted and worked really hard to make the sale happen for us. We were in over the summer and not ready to buy and eve though we had a different salesman, we were impressed that the commission will be shared between the two that worked so hard. We appreciate how organized the process was with multiple people to meet with. Our Walkthrough was fantastic and our lady was extremely knowledgeable. This was the second camper we bought here and although we will have this one for many years to come, we will send our family and friends here in the near future.

As many times as we have had to bring our camper in for issues (not because of General), Brett Markham and Missy Hoffman have been wonderful. It is a pleasure working with the both of them. I'm not sure if my husband and myself would be so calm with all of the issues without the help of both Brett and Missy. We have dealt with a few of the service guys (not sure of their names) and never have had any complaints.
We recommend General RV to everyone whether its for a camper or service.

My service is still in progress at this time, but has always been thorough and completed in a timely mater in the past. They have always gone above and beyond what can be considered normal service. Sales, parts, service and warranty needs have always been met and complete. Devin and Ondo run a friendly and tight ship. The two young men who checked me in were courteous, friendly, and thorough as well.
