From our sales rep to the final paperwork, everyone was so helpful! Kaine was busy with another client when we returned to run numbers on an RV we were interested in, and Tyler stepped right in to help! Tyler was so patient even though we weren't his clients. Mo, who put our paperwork together went way above and beyond what I feel were his responsibilities! He was extremely helpful explaining and driving the sale forward with my best interest in hand!

Jeff the salesperson was fantastic. Showing us everything while walking through it. Came back with a fair price but found out maybe could have one better price wise at the next dealer. During the walkthrough Scott was fantastic. There was a couple little issues and there were orrected on spot very pleasant experience.and then Kevin with the financing. He made it enjoyable, signing 400 pieces of paper.

The whole process went without a problem. Work was completed on time. Didn't really like the fact that the bill was miss calculated as I was charged for tax on labor. Anthony straightened it out. Hooking up with my RV went fine and everything worked just fine.

One suggestion would be: any work done for a customer on their RV should be demonstrated to the customer prior to paying and or picking up.

I asked Madison to demonstrate how the AC works, and verify the repair to the slider...I felt that it was a slight inconvenience to pull the trailer back up to electricity. This was my first time at General RV, and from my past experience with any vendor demonstrating is so important before we pay to make sure that things are working properly. Bringing an RV back is not convenient and it leaves a bad taste in a customer's mouth if the repair or improvement is not done correctly. I did convey this to Madison and told her it would mean the world to customers if she would do this and it's another way to create loyalty. I think she appreciated that. It might take a minute or two longer in the process, but you will create a customer for life! Otherwise I did enjoy my visit and I will be back.

Everything! The sales team was fantastic, on our walk through of the camper, norm did a fantastic job and we left with 0 questions!!

Jami was excellent at her job ! Very polite and professional!! Ryan found a problem with the coach and it was addressed and fixed. So we were able to drive it back home. The punch list of things that need to be addressed I have to take it to another General Rv closer to NY. We are thinking on taking it to one in Pennsylvania. The company and every employee that we came in contact with treated us like family instead of a number like other camping Rv companies. Thank you.

The buying experience was the easy and all staff was informative as we asked a plethora of questions. We were accommodated when we needed to re-schedule pick up.

I had a great experience working with the team at General RV Center in Longmont. The sales staff was excellent to work with and even set up the camper for me on a couple different occasions — including one time specifically so I could show my wife, which I really appreciated.

The walkthrough was very comprehensive, and they spent plenty of time making sure everything was explained clearly with no rushing. Everyone I interacted with, both in sales and parts, was friendly and helpful.

Finance was also a great experience — thorough but efficient, and they provided several options and explained everything well. Overall, a very smooth and professional process from start to finish. Highly recommend.
