Pricing, selection and staff!

Backup staff helped when assigned service writer was late. Tech scratched our floor and acknowledged and was honest. I appreciated that. Will get repaired when we come back July 7 for some recall work. And I love the coke machine.

Rob K is an amazing Sales man. He really listens to what you want and tries to deliver in every aspect wanting you to be happy not pushing any sales not forcing any issues. It is all about the customer with Rob. This is our third unit that we’ve purchased from him and we will continue to come back as long as he’s there. He just really listens and cares genuinely about the customer. You can see it in his mannerisms from when you walk in the door till the unit arrives at your house and you’re happy with it he doesn’t stop.

Always very informative about the status of repairs. Shannon was on top of every concern I had and never missed a beat. All repairs were done in a timely manner.

Our service agent April Spoon was able to get everything fixed without me waiting for an appointment that would make me wait another month. She was able to overcome many issues that were not normal but she handled everything with a smile. You need more employees like her.
