Terry went over the entire unit from top to bottom and back to front.
Now the bad experience. The brand new unit has a stain on the coach, the table is scratched and the table boards are uneven, there is water leak in the front bedroom and leaking right inside the entry door. Now I have to bring it back for service to find and repair the water leak, then a second trip for the table repair! This is a brand new Brinkley camper and there are already issues.
Very helpful pre delivery team. Assisted us with everything we needed. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. We were at the West Chester location in Pennsylvania.

They took care of everything that was on my list no headaches, no argument no problem. Easiest transaction I’ve ever had.
I would suggest spreading out the time slots, when someone purchases a new RV after a very big RV show. With a scheduled appointment of 1:30, we still sat in the waiting area for 2 hours before being seen with our specialist to walk through our trailer. Chris was very apologetic and apologized profusely on the wait time, thankfully the financing and sales part went fast there after. Our specialist - was exhausted after having a long day and completing multiple walk throughs with other customer, she was still very nice, kind and informative when completing the walk through of our new camper.
So far we are very pleased with your business.The staff and the service has been great.

Yes, Casey Poland and Alan our advisor were amazing and friendly. Alan was easy to talk to and his continuous call backs with updates were the best. Casey was very friendly upon arrival and we had a fun conversation. Our first time bringing our camper in for service/warranty work and it was what Jon in Finance and Cody in Sales stated, we have a great Service Dept. team. This was very important to us when we bought our Volante 3880mk.

Hudson did our walk through and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Noah in service was also very nice and helpful. Jarod in finance was very efficient and also very friendly. All made for a very good experience.
Andrew is a man of his word, he said that he would hold the part for me at the counter, and even though I was several hours late, he did exactly as he said he would do.

Provided excellent service and very professional. The dealership bent over backwards to assist in warranty repairs. The only snag was Winnebago and the appliance vendor through no fault of General RV. I would purchase from them again but with a different RV manufacturer.
Lori cheerfully dealt with a difficult situation with the insurance company. She kept me informed throughout the repair process. All work was professionally performed.

We liked the personal care we received from Richard and Derrick; and, the knowledge of both gentleman. I also liked the cleanliness of everything and the comfort of the waiting room.
