The salesman. Alan was never pushy. He took his time explain things to us and never once was ever pushy about trying to get a sale. I think he's a really outstanding salesman and needs to be commended for that and I will recommend him to any of my friends

Everyone was very helpful. And also very nice . But the most important thing, is they made sure all my issues were taken care of. This is my first rv and I'm still learning a lot about it.

Staff was fantastic! Michael was patient as we looked at tons of rigs. James made the financial aspects easy. Joe did a phenomenal job walking me through all of the operational info. Jen made scheduling delivery easy.

Lori has always been friendly, engaging, and efficient in dealing with my service. She is prompt and keeps me informed on the process.

Communication was spot on. I had to change pick-up date because of a family emergency. General rv staff made the change in pick-up smooth.
