Honest, non pushy, knowledgeable sales people and staff. Everyone we dealt with was great. Our salesman Basil was excellent and knowledgeable. Our finance guy was beyond awesome to work with. Brian was a wealth of knowledge on our walk through and made sure everything was in working order and we understood how to operate. Layla our coordinator went above and beyond to be sure equipment left behind in our trade in was retrieved and put in our new unit and she made sure I had a ride home after I dropped off our jeep for a tow package! Awesome team and great to work with!

We liked everything, pleasant greeting, walk through/around inspection, courteous prompt service, through explanation of possible upcoming service, the spotlessly clean facility, and especially the time and attention given us by Trevor. He is awesome!

I like everything about my visit with General RV except for the time period I think it's kind of long for the introduction and the sales of the RV. And also the price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but I think I got a decent deal other than that everything was wonderful.

Friendly and courteous service. The tech that did the walk-through was knowledgeable and courteous. Finance person was very knowledgeable. And helped with decision decisions. Sales person was nice to work with.

Our finance guy ro ert was amazing g. The person we were working with from the show had almost everything wrong and didn't have the time to help is understanf. Robet at Elizabeth Town fixed all our issues and helped with everything.

I had our trailer in to be winterized. Our service advisor, Matt, did an excellent job explaining what work was to be performed, the cost and the time required to complete the job. He kept me apprised of the progress of the work and helped me hook up to our truck after completion of the winterization.

Chris Duncan, the young salesman, who helped me get such a sweet deal on my new Transcend. Plus, Carl, who showed me how everything works in it. Alphonso, who was so patient for all the paper work.All your employees were welcoming and kind.

Heather in service she was excellent. I made appointment with her about a week before we were on our way to Texas. She made the time for me and she really take care of us. I do recommend her to anybody. I’ve been generally very satisfied with General RV any service that I had always excellent
