My service advisor, Justin Hudson was excellent. He listened carefully to my issues. He repeated them back to be sure we were on the same page. He researched my options and presented them to me. He called me every few days to keep me updated. He was courteous and efficient in every interaction.

Out in the yard Jesus (I don’t know his last name) was very helpful when I needed assistance hitching. Again, kind, courteous, and competent.

The work was all satisfactory. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Our sales woman, Deanna, was so nice to deal with, very knowledgeable and friendly.
The walk-through with Janette was very informative and covered everything. We had an issue with our truck brake controller when we got there to pick up and their service manager spent a long time trying to figure out what was wrong while it poured down rain on him. He tried everything before giving up. It ended up being an issue with Ford not programming the truck in the first place. They stored our camper for another day until we could get that corrected and get up there.
This is the second camper we’ve purchased from them, the first one a new fifth wheel and this one, a preowned 2024. I would recommend them to anyone.
