I would have gave a 10. They took care of all my warranty issues very professionally and am very satisfied in all aspects of process except some of my roof seals were seperating. They repaired it under warranty. No problem, but when I brought it back in for a different problem they found that it (the same seals) seperated again. They warranted their work for 90 days and it was a month or two over. Asked if I wanted them to fix it with a fee. Of course I said no since its only a temporary repair. I still gave a high score because everthing else besides that was exceptional. Tonia my contact was great to work with with her updates and all.

Brenda and Daryl in the service department worked hand in hand to solve my 12-volt and solar issues. They charged a $244 diagnostics fee, but Daryl kept the RV until he found my issue, then didn't charge another dime to fix it.....Kudos, and Thanks to Brenda and Daryl.

After repairing our last camper and doing a good job we were impressed enough to deal with them and buy our new camper from them. We were looking to buy one that was on sale because it was last years model. But someone else bought it before we made up our minds. Our salesman showed us the new 25 one on the lot and worked out with the manager to sell it for the same price as the other one. It's so nice to deal with a company that has the interest of their customers at heart.
The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful in every step of the purchase.

We had a great experience at General RV. They were able to fit us in for an initial view at the last moment and worked with us over the weekend to get us approved for an appointment to orient and pick up the next week around our schedule. The facility was nice and clean and Anthony and Ivan were great in answering our questions in a non pressured atmosphere, which we greatly appreciated. Brian helped speed us through our financing without feeling pressured to add extras that we didn't want. We look forward to having GeneralRV, assist us with our future RV and camping needs! Jeffery was right there for us and Raul did a great job he explained everything gave a couple of pointers together they got parts ordered very quick and thorough. Tina was very helpful in store helping us find what we needed and making sure it would fit on our RV
We really liked how we were treated by everyone at the facility. The salesman was very friendly and not as pushy as other places and he listened to what we were wanting and focused on that.
