The sales people are relaxed and are real people. I did not feel any high pressure sales at any point, and that made me very happy. All of the employees seemed very knowledgeable and if they didn’t know the answer they directed you to the correct person immediately. A very enjoyable experience overall so far.

Adam is a great service rep. I have dealt with him several times. Explains everything in detail and walks you through the repair. Slide out repair was done quickly and clean no sign of a repair being made other than an exterior screw head broke off and I found lying in my driveway

I have a few bugs in the house battery and charging system.
As far as General RV. Every one has been very helpful. I even stopped in Richmond/ Ashland
Va. And was meet with outstanding professionalism and service on the spot.
Impressive So far I made a good choice.
Hopefully I get these bugs worked out with this RV.

I was taken in on time. They listed the issues with the camper and addressed them quickly. I received a call much sooner than expected to pickup the camper.

Everything service on our RV was great. Just need to get organized inside the office and get customers in and out of service department quicker had to wait a very long time to check out and pick up the RV and there was not even a lot of people their just no one at the counter to help customers! This needs to be addressed .

We do have one issue that has to be fixed . Had covers put over roof vents but now can not close the bathroom vent.
