The atmosphere at Don Franklin Ford is amazing. Dustin is who sold me my 2026 F150. He was very knowledgeable and upfront throughout the whole purchase. Everything went smoothly. I enjoyed talking with everyone. It wasn’t stressful at all. Nick (My future ex-husband) hahahaha, was really engaged with the sale as well. The whole team is very personable. This was only our second regular service appointment in Glasgow, Ky. Both times we found the staff to be professional, friendly & courteous. They have a spacious, clean waiting area with snack machines and complimentary bottled water & Kurig coffee maker. The restrooms were immaculate
