I have worked a number of times with Marc Franco and think he’s just a great representative of the company. He has never used the high pressure approach. Instead he listens to customer needs and works to find options that meet those needs expectations.
Friendly personality that makes home ready to talk to and that inspires confidence in the information he shares. Just an overall nice guy.
Also, the service department has always met or exceeded my expectations in scheduling and performing service. Again gaining trust through their reliability.
I like that I got in and out in the same day but I didn’t like that I have to wait for parts to be put on. I feel like as a costumer It should be a priority to be took care of that day be able to take my vehicle home.
