Professional and polite
There was a large selection of vehicles from which to choose. My salesman Stanley Simcox was able to find a vehicle that was a perfect match for what I wanted. Dark exterior, light interior, no sunroof, good sound system and easy to operate and understand buttons, dash information and all the bells and whistles. I also got the much needed extra room in the back.
Stanley set up the My KIA app and info and synced my phone.

The new Jeep GCL was disappointing after two weeks and the electronics simply stopped working. The service department reset everything and it worked great.
Yesterday as I was driving in the rain, the delay on the wipers didn’t work like it’s supposed to. If that continues, I’ll have to take it back in to the service department.
I think the Jeep manufacturers are lacking in quality control or electronics. This makes it hard on dealers.
