From the courteous response to the inquiry I had about service on my used car to the actual service appointment that was handled promptly and with genuine kindness. PI sensed that everyone I spoke to or interacted with genuinely wanted to help me and make me feel welcome. The service appointment was handled quickly, and it cost less than I thought it would be. All in all - I was highly satisfied and will definitely be returning should I need additional service.
