Your repair of my bike was excellent. After I got it home it operated like a new well fine tuned bike. You did what was necessary to restore my bike to like new condition without outrageous labor cost and parts pricing. My bike is safe again and I appreciate all you did to return it to me in this safer and renewed condition. Thank you.

Great store, great products, and best of all great people. David at the Lexington store was incredibly helpful and provided exactly the advice I needed. Tracy at the Louisville-Okolona store was equally fantastic—and extremely patient—as he set up, adjusted, reset, and adjusted several different bikes so I could test ride them. I rode several bikes multiple times before finally deciding on my first road bike—and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The entire experience with Scheller’s has been nothing but outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend Scheller’s. They have knowledgeable, helpful people who genuinely want you to find the right bike for you.
