Front desk and service department
Variety very nice store in St Matthew's
This is my first day home with my adult trike. It is a very smooth ride even on my rock driveway. Cooper Shuff was knowledgeable about the bike and answered all of my questions. After looking online for a bike I think Schellers in Middletown is the place to purchase from.
No worries on getting help by calling or going in the store. It seems many people complained of not getting help or maintenance when needed. when they bought online.
I was allowed to take a test drive in their area outside! I could say more but go and check them out! Betty Stringer
Great service!! In from out of town and having issues with my wife’s bike. Service tech got it in and had her back ready for the road in less than 2 hours.
Very impressive service!!
Wide selection, knowledgeable staff willing to help with questions. Clean well organized store.
Andy is very good at what he does, highly recommend him.
Fixed my bike in a timely manner for a fair price.

Friendly Place and they went over the Top!!!
David was very helpful and friendly. I came in during the last 30 minutes they were open and he treated me with as much service as if I were the first customer of the day.
greg patburg did a great job
Always great service response; latest trip I was able to get a quick flat repair done while I was at work.
Very professional
I purchased a treadmill in 2020 because of the Covid Outbreak. It recently started making a strange noise. The service guy came out to look at it. He was prompt and found the problem quickly and then provided a very reasonable price for the fix. I would definitely recommend Scheller’s for all your home exercise equipment.
Very quick service at reasonable cost.
Great service!
Always friendly and competent
Hands down the best in the business! Chad and Andy Lanier at Scheller's are absolute rockstars. My wife and I refuse to go anywhere else for cycling and home fitness gear. Their customer service and expertise are truly second to none.
The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and have your best interests in mind. They give honest opinions and strive to get you the best deal. They are also extremely competent, technically, and communicate reliably.

Walked in with a tire issue on my road bike. The person who greeted me handled my problem immediately and for a reasonable price. I didn’t expect immediate service, so that was a surprise to be able to have my issue resolved in 10 minutes! Great job!!
