When you buy something from Scheller's, they are always available afterwards (even years afterwards) to help resolve any issues. In my case, my cycling trainer stopped transmitting and Jessie really did a great job researching and then fixing it. First class operation.
super helpful in adjusting and mounting a cargo box to my car. Went way above and beyond measuring and mounting the unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable about auto cargo boxes. It was pretty hot outside and he was sweating right along with me. Much appreciated.

I got a rear inter tube replaced. I brought the bike in and Andy replaced it while I waited on it. I told him of a few concerns I had because it is my son’s bike. He went over the whole bike , making necessary adjustments and replaced the tube in no time. He was friendly and professional. The service shop looks to be state of the art. I would recommend Scheller for anyone with any bicycle issues and that is where I will take my business for future needs.

My bike had an issue with the handebars and needed a tune-up. Service was attentive and fast, and Keith took care of everything. I've never had a bad experience with these folks.

Great quality workout bench! The size, weight and structure are solid, the stitching is strong and looks good, the padding on the bench is substantial. And the ability to change the settings quickly and easily will make it easy to use.
I quit buying bikes from schellers because "life time service agreement" was changed to "lifetime minor adjustments sometimes"
I got free labor and paid for parts for years on all of the 6 new Trek bikes I've purchased. The warranty has been illegally changed from what is stated on all my receipts. I bought a $9000 S-works last year shortly after you guys charged me $20 to install a chain at retail price.
