The store itself was immaculately clean which made visiting there enjoyable…so much so that I purchased a bike🥰 I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was more than helpful which encouraged me to make my purchase. I will definitely shop here again for any bike or bike accessories and especially service should I need it.

I find that the folks at the St Matthew's store are much friendlier than the folks at Clarksville. Unfortunately, I have to deal in Clarksville because that's the only store that sells/services Catrike Trikes.
For my wife's Catrike, we drove to Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

They took care of the repair and made sure everything was adjusted properly. I really appreciate the quality of the bike, the service after the sale, and the way they stand behind what they sell. I needed my bike serviced before a big race. Andy was fantastic and had it serviced earlier than expected. There was attention to detail and the bike worked perfectly on a 5 day adventure race, surviving me packing & repacking it in a box, mud, water, sand & rocks.
