Josh was great and really explained everything about the treadmill. After being all over town looking at treadmills this was the best choice !

Their team knew exactly what it would take to get it fully operational again, had the parts on hand, and turned it around the very next day—all at an incredibly reasonable price. Good morning. I think the biggest area for opportunity is to teach the team to listen. Jesse was very good. I'm a fractional COO and deal with small to medium-sized businesses, leadership and communication. I contemplated sending a review, the first two gentlemen just jumped in assuming they knew what we were there for, I know with as many customers you all deal with it gets repetive and its easy to just start going through the motions. My biggest feedback would be to just slow down and listen to your clients. Seek to understand what they are there for before just jumping to a solution. Take care guys.
