Welcoming conversation from first phone call. Did not feel rushed by the person on the phone when i called to ask about a tune-up for a 30 year old bike, about which I was unsure.
"Bring it by any time" attitude. Prompt, detailed estimate.
Several communications when estimate needed to be increased due to wheel that would not true. Got back to my bike the moment I said yes.

Ive been shopping Scheller's for 46 years, I like that they are family owned and carry the best brands. I like that they know the bike business better than anyone else. I have bought two bikes from them. I have my new modern bikes serviced here and I buy maintence parts from them all good value for quality products

I stopped in on Wednesday and was so thrilled with the service I was given. I bought a helmet and it is so comfortable. You pumped up my tires when I wasnt bright enough to do. Lol. All in all, this visit to Schellers and every visit I've had in the past have exceeded my expectations in every way! Keep up the great work!
I like the service. They fix what they sell and repair my bike regardless of where it was purchased. The employees have been there a long time and are efficient with the repairs without rushing.
I've used Scheller's a couple of times and liked the quality of the work and the turnaround for getting the repairs done. They were able to get my wife's gears shifting easily, even though it's an older model.
