Took my bike in for an annual tuneup, which I don’t have the time, space, or tools to do, and was told it would take five days. They informed me that it was completed two days I ahead of schedule. Additionally, they made some suggestions to assist me going forward with maintenance. They have always been fair, accurate, and economical.
We have always appreciated the variety of products available. If the product isn't readily available, the staff works toward getting the product to the store for us.
The staff has always been exemplary. Always friendly, always helpful, and experts at the work they do on bikes.

Prompt reliable service
Dave was at the house for a service call on my recumbent bike. He arrived on time and quickly found the problem and got it fixed right away. He is also quite the conversationalist. Enjoyed talking with him.

The pricing was a bit extreme and I continued to be quoted a new price. It started at $225 to just come out. Then it was requoted to $275. On arrival it was a battery which was another $100. Then without warning we suddenly had a second battery that had to be replaced. So my total started at $225 and then ended at $530. I felt a bit taken advantage of and at your mercy. Everyone was kind and professional. I just felt like the pricing was too extreme.
The representatives were very polite and accommodating with assistance when asked.
