Responsiveness to repairs and referrals to other shop if work was best done there. I appreciate that Andy did not charging me for a wheel truing when it needed to be relaced.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was in town for Tour de Lou and bike was damaged. They were able to get my bike repaired quickly so I would be able to enjoy the weekend.
Went in for service needing repair in order to ride the next day. They were kind enough to squeeze me in during busy time.

I was much more impressed with the experience than my last one at Middletown Cyclist. Would recommend you in the future. Only thing that would be constructive is your range of bicycle suppliers you represent. I do love Trek bikes, but would be nice to see other brands (at least available online). Thanks

Friendly, informative staff
Brought bike in for damage repair quote and was quoted over $500 for repairs including items not asked for ....tire replacement etc.. bought all replacement parts to replacement of the requested quote for $140 and just fixed it myself. Not sure if they just wanted to sell me a new bike or just didn't want to repair mine. Very disappointed.
Jesse was excellent to work with. He was patient and provided a great deal of help. You can tell he is a passionate cyclist just by the way he talks about bikes. This provides him with a depth of experience to serve his customers.
I'll be honest, Trek was not my #1 choice when I walked through the doors. Jesse changed that and I purchased the Trek bike.

The customer service at this store is above expectation. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and you can sense they enjoy their job. I recommend this bike shop above Middletown Scheller’s which is the exact opposite.
