These guys care deeply about the customer’s experience and the quality of the products they deliver. In addition, they maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, so much so you may even find yourself wandering in just to say, “Hi.” on occasion. The quality of the bikes they sell is excellent, with an excellent warranty. If there is an issue, they will make it right, or better! Great service and people in the shop
I was told the service on my bike would be $250.00. When I came in to pick my bike up, the bill was $333.00, and nobody called me to approve of the additional cost. Pretty pathetic business practice.

I was able to pick up my bike the next day and the issues with several gears were repaired and explained. I got on the bike and the seat was adjusted perfectly. Rides like a dream now!
Expensive going over. Then when I got the bike home the handlebars were totally messed up. I was supposedly given VA discount but saw no evidence of it. Don’t believe I got 252.00 worth of parts and service!!!
When I brought my bike in yesterday, the guy helped me get it out of the truck, fixed it on the spot, AND helped get it back in truck. I have a broken wrist.
