The people working there are knowledgeable , polite and endeavor to give the service needed. The owners get involved with the work on the bikes and provide useful directions to the rest of the staff. They do what they say they will do and deliver on time.
Selection & service.
My salesman was Keith. He listened to me and figured out what bike would be best for me. He made a few adjustments and now all I need to do is ride.
I enjoyed the clear communication about the services provided and how fast the turn around time was.
