Have what I want/need on hand!
My bike was brand new and the first time I just had questions about the electronic shifting. The only other time I took it there it was showing an error on the display module. Both times by two different people I was asked DID YOU BUY IT HERE. Made me feel like IF YOU DIDN'T BUY IT HERE, WE DON'T WANT IT HERE.
I will say the mechanic that worked was very professional the people working the sales floor not so much.
Great guys and service. Kept us informed and took care of problem promptly.

The time that the people spend with the customer is nice. IE not rushed or just trying to sell and move on.

It’s always a good time stopping by the shop and seeing Andy and Denile, and the rest of the crew. Andy has always been great about explaining different options for equipment, and setting my bike up with the options I’ve chosen. I’m thankful for them, being a great conduit to helping me get my body moving again after some medical setbacks.
I like the brands and customer service affiliated with Scheller's. I was looking for a specific type of bike and wanted to test ride a few different brands. Even though Clarksville Scheller's didn't have the bike I was wanting to look at they were able to immediately find it at one of there local stores. I ended up at the Okolona store and they were as helpful and nice. They allowed me to test ride the bike which I ultimately bought after checking out some other bike brands elsewhere.
I recently purchased a used Tri-bike (Trek Madone) from Scheller's, it was a great experience. They taught me how to maintain the bike and what accessories are needed to keep it performing at a high level. I appreciate their willingness to help and their expertise. I will keep coming back for years to come. Thanks again!

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! I got two tires tubes replaced. After the tubes were replaced, there was an issue after it was fixed. They went over and beyond to help me get it resolved.

Very knowledgeable staff and they don’t push anything on you. They answer your questions and educate you to get you into the right fitness equipment.
Twice I have had tires and tubes replaced on my road bike there and both times had to return same day due to issues that should have been seen or noticed by the tech. Once the presta valve was defective and second time the tech installed tires one size too big and they rubbed the frame.
Simply more attention to the bike by the technician should have caught these. I certainly will test drive my bike around the block before leaving next time. Or just start replacing my own tires, which I probably should do anyway.
Brought my son’s bike in for a brake repair and I was out the door for a reasonable amount and in less time than expected. Great service and friendly team.

Came in for a pair of bike shorts. The guys in the store steered me in the right direction, were super friendly and welcoming. Also needed a couple of valve stem caps for my bike, they threw them in at no cost. Great space, products, and people.
Very pleased with recent service on our stationary bike.
I was pleased with the repairs they did to my bike and received it back before the original time frame I was quoted.
Prices are too high. I picked up Shimano cleats while running a few other errands. They were $33. I could have just bought them off if Prime for $22 and still had them the next day. I want to help out the local shop, but I don't appreciate getting screwed when I do.
