The service was fantastic, and I just purchased a minor part for a stationary bike. They even tested the old part to make sure it was not working prior to selling me the new part.
I highly recommend them. They discussed a potential replacement bike, on sale, if my bike still did not work. Absolutely no high pressure and very professional all the way.
I will definitely go back to meet future bicycle needs.

The staff member at Scheller’s in Lexington was very informative and knowledgeable on the equipment there, especially the piece I was looking for that day. There was a great selection of equipment to choose from and I love the fact that they will deliver to your home and assemble. They also have competitive prices. I purchased the Schwinn AD7 and cannot wait to use!!
John was extremely helpful (and fast) during a recent shifter replacement on my Litespeed. The quality of his work speaks for itself: all of the cable sheaths are at exactly the right length and routing; the inner-cable ends are trimmed closely and capped; each winding of the new handlebar tape is evenly spaced; the setup of the brakes and derailleurs are dead-on. Even my old computer mount was re-installed exactly where it needed to be.

Paul and David were exceptional employees. Paul was very pleasant over the phone and very helpful in answering questions. Paul is certainly a keeper - wonderful phone skills. David was very knowledgeable and went right to work. He removed his shoes on his own. He didn’t want to track in any debris. After repairing my treadmill he cleaned up the area and cleaned the treadmill so it looked brand new. I’m not exaggerating but anyway I am a very satisfied customer. This is my second treadmill from Scheller’s.
