Scheller’s provides excellent customer care. They are always polite, listen to concerns or wants, explains what is available or the process necessary for the repairs. If your service requires more than originally planned, contact is made and options shared plus cost. Also, some items purchased at time of service are discounted. That is an unexpected gift. All members are highly trained and know their products.
I recently stopped in to Scheller's Fitness and Cycling to have them look at my Trek 7000 hybrid bike. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was a teenager, and I noticed the lock piece that holds the seat in place was broken. One of the team members took the time to find the exact part I needed and installed it for me. He also adjusted the seat to the right height for my inseam and showed me how to make adjustments myself. Now my rides are so much more comfortable and enjoyable! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable—I really appreciated the great service.
Quality parts and great customer service! They work on your bicycle in the open where they will show and tell what is your problem. Great place 👌!!
