How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Charged me $90 to put a Schwinn bike together that probably took 5 minutes. Bike was for a kid from Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

I found their staff very friendly. I had a problem with a part I purchased. I took it back with my bike and they helped me find the right part I needed. This is the only shop I will be going to.
