They give honest opinions and don’t try to sell additional services you don’t need. They’ll work on any brand, style, or age of bike whether it was purchased at Schellers or not. You can tell they simply like bikes and enjoy working on them. I’ve trusted them for 15 plus years to work on my bikes and do any repairs I don’t feel comfortable doing myself.

Scheller's had a very wide selection of premium quality bikes. The website was very convienient with helping me narrow down what I was looking for. And Jesse R. was *extremely* knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of carefully talking me through the benefits of each model I was leaning towards. I settled on the Trek Dual Sport 2 and could not be happier! Outstanding job, Jesse!

I brought a youth’s bicycle in to replace the cables and tune up the bike. The repair cost came in under estimates and the work was completed by the next day which exceeded my expectations. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were not informed in advance about the $180 in "Annual Maintenance" charges applied after we dropped off our two bikes at the store. When we inquired about the specific services performed for this cost, we were given a vague response that did not clearly relate to the actual condition or needs of our bikes.
