Courteous and knowledgeable .
We worked with John and Little John over a 2 day period. They were both very helpful, making sure we were getting everything we wanted / needed, covering safety, accessories, added perks for continued services and preventative maintenance.
Very happy so far and looking forward to many years of enjoyment out of our new bikes and knowing we have Sheller's St. Matthews there to support us along the way.

Experienced, helpful, knowledgeable staff. They know bicycles and have most common bikes and supplies in store. With multiple locations they have immediate access to even more bikes than what is at this location. Or can get the bike or supplies you need fast.

Scheller's is a nice local store providing comprehensive inventory to support a road cyclist.
Was greeted by a sales person (Robert) shortly after arriving and asking is I needed any help which I did . He showed me several of the types of bikes that I wanted. The bike model I selected as out of stock in the size that I needed at the New Albany location and Robert found one at another location and arranged to have it brought to New Albany.
In addition, Scheller's had all the add-ons that I wanted and installed them for me.

Thanks for taking care of my bikes! I happened to notice that on one of my repaired inner tubes, the new stem is like 2 inches long…it seems really out of place and not the same as my other trek wheel. I can live with it but it makes my bike look a little substandard.
