My husband called prior to my visit. My daughter just bought a new bicycle and needed a new inner tube and they had exactly what we needed in stock and ready to go! We were able to drive over and pick it up with no issues. Prices were affordable and the customer service was excellent. Will recommend to family and friends and be returning customers.

I brought my wife’s bicycle in for minor repairs Saturday afternoon. I was waited on by a young man by the name of Joseph. This guy was kind, professional, knowledgeable not to mention friendly. It was a great experience. I think he literally dropped what he was doing to help me out so I can get this bicycle back home to my wife. Kudos to Joseph.

We were waited on as soon as we walked in. The associate was very friendly and helpful. He knew the exact size and type of the tire we needed. My grandson asked him a few questions and he answered in detail and even showed him how other size tires would not work. We left the bike there to have both wheels replaced. The work was completed in just two hours. I am very happy with the work and speed.

I came in asking for a bike that is upright for comfort and city commuting. The associate showed me two bikes that met every prerequisite I asked for. I ended up picking up the higher end model that was an awesome price when I later compared it to other shops and used listings.
Not to mention the associate was also one of the bike techs so he was able to fit me to the bike with quick adjustments but also able to fit my handlebars to the most upright position.

The sales people were super helpful and informative! My wife bought me an awesome Trek bike for my 75th birthday! They were busy but managed to get my bike ready way before I was expecting! I appreciated that so much!

stopped by to pay and set up delivery time. was told probably near 1030a. headed home and at 1130 still no show. called and told about 30 more minutes. no show. just after 1230 it was delivered. i could have gone about my day instead of wait 2 hours.

positives: guys are cordial. that you do deliver. and the work on the (bike except tightening the collar for adjusting the seat which slips, which i did ask for at drop off) is great.
