Greet your customers as they come in. Every time I have gone in, it’s like I’m invisible. Luckily this last time I went in Paul made eye contact with me and acknowledged that I was there and asked me what I needed. When you pay this much money for a bicycle it would be nice for the employees to make you feel welcomed and happy about your purchase. I came to them because they are the experts. But there are plenty of other places to buy bikes.
Staff are just very pleasant and helpful. Always seem eager to assist!
