Very friendly and very knowledgeable. When and if I need service on my new treadmill, which I did not buy from Scheller's fitness I can call Sheller's. I'm 75 years old and could not see paying for a top of the line treadmill from Scheller's knowing that the top of the line treadmill was going to last way longer then me. when I came back to Scheller's and purchased a bottle of lubricant for my walking belt I was told that Scheller's services all treadmills. This information was great to hear. I now know that if I have problems with my treadmill after the warranty is gone, I know I have someone to call that I can trust and count on to fit the problem.

I want to express my gratitude regarding the superior service I received regarding a visit recently at Scheller's Fitness and Cycling in Clarksville Indiana. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Chris the technician. I told him about the problem with my rear wheel after I recently replaced the inner tube of the rear wheel. I couldn't seem to get the wheel aligned properly. He immediately put the bike on the stand and began diagnostics on the rear wheel. He immediately recognized the rear wheel hub was loose. He tightened the hub then did a full inspection of the bike to ensure it was safe. The whole process only took less than 30 minutes and I was handed a bill for $5.00! I couldn't believe all the work performed and I was only being charged $5.00. I wouldn't hesitate to g o to Scheller's for anything and I want everyone to know what an amazing company they run! They get 5 Stars from me!
