We have purchased two True treadmills from Scheller's, and both are of high quality and very reliable. After talking to Josh, a customer service rep from the Okolona store, I realized my issue was with the corporate department of True and not with the local Scheller's store.
He contacted me immediately upon receiving my first negative survey. He explained the issue in detail and offered to contact corporate on behalf to share my concerns.
My wife and I both walk on our treadmill every day and have for over 15 years. We are both still disappointed that we will be without it for a little over two weeks, but the fact that Josh contacted us so quickly has restored my faith in Scheller's customer service.

I brought my knee scooter in to have the brake replaced. I explained to the service personnel that I had traveled from New Albany and would appreciate having it done quickly so that I wouldn't have to make another trip. They completed the repair in record time. I am thoroughly happy with the service and will definitely use them again.
Scheller's has very good and reliable equipment. Their technician, Dave Shuff, is very professional and extremely skilled at his job. The only negative is that even though I gave the advisor the error message and described the problem on the initial call it took almost a week to for him to schedule the technicians visit. Once the technician visited and confirmed the problem the advisor said a second visit to repair the treadmill could not be scheduled for an additional week.
If there is any improvement to be made, I would suggest bringing the part the error message indicated on the first visit. I would also try to improve the response time. A week to arrive and a second week waiting on the repair seems excessive.
That said, once my current treadmill is no longer repairable, I would probably still buy a replacement from Scheller's primarily due to their technician and quality of the equipment.

Had a great experience purchasing a Trek bicycle. Went in to look for an FX, test rode the FX2, then they suggested the FX3 for a better bike for the buck. Love my new Trek and look forward to many great rides. Love the guys there, they are wonderful to work with.
technician John worked on my bike and was very helpful explaining things. I moved from another bike shop recently and I like Schillers better now
Service request was handled promptly
I would buy bikes here and get repairs. The price is a bit high, that's my only complaint.

Great service and super quick! Brought my bike in for a tune up on Saturday and was told it would be ready by Tuesday at the latest. Received a text before the end of Saturday that it was ready! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I always have a million questions and the team at Scheller’s will match me with a million well informed answers. I love having a bike shop so close to me instead of traveling across town where everyone else is located.
Initially quoted 10 days and & $250. Bike ready after 2 weeks with a total of $340. I felt I should've gotten a heads up before additional charges accrued.
The guys here are very helpful. They serviced our bikes in a timely manner.

The customer service is outstanding. This was a service call to dismantle a weight machine. The gentlemen that came to my home to do this were very personable, professional and did an excellent job. When they came to re-assemble the machine they were very efficient and had everything back together is excellent time. This had to be done due to ground water in my basement. I purchased a treadmill from Schellers and this is the best treadmill I have ever had. The sales staff was excellent in explaining the features of the treadmill and having me try it in the store before purchase. I highly recommend Scheller's for any and all types of exercise equipment.
You guys really seem to understand what customer service is about, and that is rare these days. The service technician (Dave) is a terrific asset. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable.
