Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I drove a few hours to find the right bike for my 8 year old son. They measured him, showed us various options, and made some changes to the bike while we waited. I will be back!

Scheller's team was absolutely fantastic in preparing my spin bike and treadmill for a three hour move. I wasn't disappointed. I just thought that accessories such as helmet etc. would be discounted to anyone who buys a new bike. For some reason I couldn't use 40% off coupon that I received in an email.
I like to shop locally and you had the best price. I also shopped there before. Someone kept me posted from ordering to delivery, altho there was some confusion & changes re the time.. I thought the extra charge for assembly & delivery was a little steep but worth it. I didn't tip the guys bc it was such a short trip from the truck to the 1st floor location.
Employee very informed and helped me promptly and sent someone with a muvh neede larger mat.
