Staff is awesome and friendly. They are obviously passionate about cycling and the furthest thing from judgmental. In fact, every time I go in and start explaining how I ride, they give me great pointers to extend the life of my bike and help me enjoy the ride more. I will continue to return!

I bought my e-bike there 4 years ago & it has totally changed my life as I ride as often as I can. The bike is well built & performs perfect every time I ride it. The products at Scheller’s are top notch & so is the service-every time I have been to the store the employees are knowledgeable & professional. I always look forward to going there. Great service, competent and focused. And did a great job,
1) The rear brake lever/brake caliper worked perfect before dropping off, now it’s very sluggish to return to position, not crisp and snappy.
2) The frame still had some dirt and grime on it
3) The steerer tube of the fork had obvious movement and play in the head tube. I fixed it myself tightening the stem compression screw. Sure, it needs a new head set but that doesn’t prevent proper reassembly after inspection.

Jason was very helpful with choosing a bike for my daughter and helping retrieve one from another location. When it arrived, he took the time to make adjustments on the bike to make her feel a little more comfortable with the jump in size from her old bike. John was helpful as well, and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for expert advice.

The delivery & repair staff are excellent as well.
