The staff was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable
Had bike serviced at their shop and they were very good to work with. Communicated with me about the issues and got them resolved quickly. Gave me a few options to consider while trying to keep the costs down.

The people at Scheller’s are professional, courteous, and they take the time to walk you through what they’re going to do and the associated costs. They complete the work faster than anticipated and it is done with excellence. Everyone I spoke with at the shop was courteous and knowledgeable. This kind of level of service is hard to find these days. I will continue to take all of my bikes to them in the future.

I've been looking force-bikes for about a year. I've looked online, and at brick & morter facilities across the country as I travel.
We decided to buy here. Prices are not the best, but not higher than typical for the brand we went with. They took the time to discuss how & where we will be biking. They fit our bodies to body & style of bike.
We even got to test drive a few styles.
One stop sales & service when needed. We even drove an hour to buy from this place forvthe quality & service.
