Ok, I asked how much a tune up would be for my bicycle. I was quoted $90. I asked for a military discount and I was told that it was only available for the purchase of a bicycle. I was then quoted another $40 to replace the chain on my bike. They charged me $20 of additional labor on top of the tune up. When I mentioned this fact I was politely dismissed. You can make things right by providing first responder and military discounts. You can also make things right by providing the service to replace parts purchased during the service for no additional cost. Thanks for asking. Very respectfully, ~Name removed Phone number removed
