Great service and fast turnaround.
The pricing was a bit extreme and I continued to be quoted a new price. It started at $225 to just come out. Then it was requoted to $275. On arrival it was a battery which was another $100. Then without warning we suddenly had a second battery that had to be replaced. So my total started at $225 and then ended at $530. I felt a bit taken advantage of and at your mercy. Everyone was kind and professional. I just felt like the pricing was too extreme.
The representatives were very polite and accommodating with assistance when asked.

You guys have a good selection of products but it was Jesse who made me want to give the 10 point score. He went above and beyond in customer service at a time when the store and the season were super busy. I am thankful for that.

No problem, a new chain only costs $20 to fix. Yay! I REALLY LIKE my e-bike. They noticed one brake wasn't safe to ride any longer, and needed replacement. No problem. They replaced the cable, not charging me an arm and a leg, and I'm back in business! Biking is my number one outdoor activity that brings me so much joy, even at 77 years of age. Thanks for your willingness to help me stay fit for life.
