The bike rack I wanted is on back order everywhere. I was fortunate to find out the Lexington store had one in stock. I called and was lucky to talk to Jason…I’m almost sure that was his name. He could not have been friendlier or more kind on the call. I drove 2 hours to get there the next day and I got more of the same from him. Outstanding customer service. Truly an asset to your business.
