Ok, I asked how much a tune up would be for my bicycle. I was quoted $90. I asked for a military discount and I was told that it was only available for the purchase of a bicycle. I was then quoted another $40 to replace the chain on my bike. They charged me $20 of additional labor on top of the tune up. When I mentioned this fact I was politely dismissed. You can make things right by providing first responder and military discounts. You can also make things right by providing the service to replace parts purchased during the service for no additional cost. Thanks for asking. Very respectfully, ~Name removed Phone number removed

Evan worked with me. We made a big purchase (Trek and e-bike mountain bike at another bike shop) in another city. They were great until I called about getting an extender for a bike rack that would work with a jeep. Then they did not have the time of day for me. I ended up working with Evan and I bought a bike rack and few other little items. My purchase was all because of Evan. He handled the little stuff for me like I was buying an $8,000 bike. That tells me if he treats me well with the little stuff he certainly can handle the big stuff. I will now shop for all my bike items with Scheller's. Thanks Evan

Scheller's has always been my go-to for in home work out equipment. The prices and selection are great. I have purchased several elliptical and the service is excellent. From delivery to in home repairs, I couldn't be happier. When I call and I am always treated with respect and get my questions answered. Technicians come out quickly and are always professional.
