The store is nice & roomy, not crowded and has automatic doors-small things that give a good impression. Ian Graham @ Clarksville worked very hard to settle my issue - my ebike quit in the middle of a ride and never came back on, even after they replaced everything. 4 weeks was a long time for this process but Trek sent me a new bike. Luckily I had my “old” ebike so didn’t miss any riding. I may not have been so patient if that had not been the case. All in all, Trek & Schellers took care of me.
Very helpful and informative. They do repairs right in the showroom behind the counter and were servicing a EPD Police Bike! So Cool!
