The people that work there
Been going to Schellers now for 20 years. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable in every type of bike in the market. Have bought several bikes from them and sent many of my friends to them in their Clarksville shop and have never been disappointed in their service! My favorite bike was my Domante 5.9 carbon fiber. Rode it for 25K miles until old aged caught up and went to an E bike. Once again they were able to take care of me and am on my second E bike bought from them recently. I live in Madison Indiana an hours drive for me but always felt it was worth the drive,

Friendly customer service, they repaired my equipment in a timely manner. Very clean and professional environment. The service person who worked with me was up front about what the problem might be in both the best case and worst case scenario. I got lucky and it was a best case scenario! Cost of repair was very fair. Would definitely use again, and would recommend highly.
Great cycling and fitness shop. Mechanics and sales people extremely helpful! I am especially appreciative of the store personnel’s interfacing with Trek in a recent problem I had with one of my bikes that resulted in Trek providing a substitute wheel set at no cost.
It is a wonderful store. The staff was very helpful. This store is way bigger than I thought. I had been to all of the other locations but Preston until Friday. They are very generous with their services they offer. They have been a huge help to BsideU for Life's "Team Life Bike Ride" I rate it a 10 out of a 10!! Go check them out!!

I think that having the option of some kind of bike “performance assessment” would be great. I brought my bike in to be looked at, before an upcoming race, to see if there were any mechanical concerns.
I understand a shop can’t fully sign off on a used bike’s condition, but I wanted to know if there was anything I should consider doing (brakes, tires, gears shifting okay, etc.)
One of the only concerns I’ve noticed was that the rear tire rubbing slightly. However, I adjusted the horizontal dropouts and it appeared to have fixed the problem.
I dropped the bike off for a tune up and got it back in just a day or two. The service was fast, but I’m not sure that anything was really done, other than swapping the dropout screws for longer ones (mine were far out from the adjustment). Upon getting the bike back, I went on a ride and the rear tire was rubbing pretty bad. I took the tire off and adjusted the new screws back so it rides smooth.
I know a $90 service isn’t expensive and shops need to make money, but it is a little bit of a bummer that I paid almost $100 with tax for a couple small screws. On top of that I still had to adjust them so the tires spins freely.
The experience certainly won’t keep me away from Schellers. The guys are nice and the products are solid. However, I’ll probably think twice before bringing my bike in for any kind of preventative service. A bike performance assessment of some kind, or even notes from the mechanic would have been kind of nice. $100 for 2 screws is a little steep, but not the end of the world

Both Jesse and Jason were vital in helping me choose the bike that was right for me. They patiently answered all my questions to help me make an informed decision. After the sale, I brought the bike back for a minor adjustment and they quickly got it done while I waited. I also had few more questions after having ridden the bike and they didn't hesitate to answer them.
