Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
We had several issues with a new Echelon treadmill, both technical and mechanical. The service staff was pleasant to deal with. They scheduled the service calls quickly. Ultimately, they totally replaced the unit with a new machine. I certainly don’t believe we would have received that level of service had we purchased a unit from a big box store. I would definitely recommend making a fitness equipment purchase from Scheller’s!
Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful in many ways
Tech knew exactly what he was doing. He was courteous and arrived on time. He fixed our elliptical quickly and it is working well now!

Friendly helpful people! Found this place when I had an issue with my bike wheel, they helped explain how it worked and adjusted it for me. Earned my loyalty with that small act, been back a few times since for my accessory needs!

All staff members seem very knowledgeable about products and services. They are very friendly and aren’t afraid to spend time answering questions. I never feel like I ask a dumb question.

Quality, dependable customer service.
We walked in without a service appointment to have our granddaughters Barbie bike looked at. Both tires were flat, and it has been in storage for 10 years. The gentleman working in another bike stopped and added air, checked for leaks, and if tires were dry rotted….. all was well. He would not charge us for his immediate solution to our issue. Last night a younger cousin of our now older granddaughter learned to ride on that bike!

The service
Service is very thorough. Staff could be more helpful with loading & unloading bikes from car racks upon arrival/pick up. Understand if they are with other customers but sometimes they don’t appear to be busy
