Fast and friendly service. Reasonably priced. Knowledgeable.
Fast affordable service. I brought in a broken bike and the team had me fixed and ready to go in 20 minutes.
Customer service was very good. When I first came in, they sold me the wrong size rim for my bike. When I returned to exchange it, they gave me a discount on the replacement rim and mounted the tire for me. They really went above and beyond to make the mistake right. Even the best will make mistakes from time to time, but these guys knew how to make it right.
Aside from that mistake, they were quick to diagnose the issue I was having with my bike and sell me what I needed to fix it.
I like the quality of products being offered at Trek, as well as the quality of bike repair service. John is always super friendly and ready to help me out whenever I’m there.
