Dave was very professional and did a great job repairing our treadmill.
Since the console on some of the True equipment is plug and play, I feel customers should not be charged with such high consultation fees. The console can be removed with a few screws and tested and replaced if needed.

I've had three bikes serviced at Scheller's this month. The work was done expertly, quickly and at a very fair price. I had new tires put on my bike. It looks like new now. My wife's derailer needed to be adjusted. Works great now. I could not get the screws loose with my wrench to adjust a used bike I picked up. Scheller's had the third bike adjusted for me the next day.
The new bike I purchased from them was expertly assembled at a great price. The various accessories have been fairly priced and their expert staff have instructed me how to install.
The staff is professional and friendly. They have been very patient with me as I learn my way around bikes.
Scheller's is my bike store.
The service was great, it's just not really a convenient location for me or any of my family....I just happened to be in Indiana that day and so it was it was convenient at that moment.
Every one is always very helpful. It's a plasure to do business with them.

Great costume service and huge selection.
I trust Schiller to do the work right. I haven't yet been disappointed. My most recent visit was caused by a tire malfunction. The service tech diagnosed the problem immediately, found me the correct new tire, installed it on the rim--while also making sure that the rim was true and not distorted--made sure the fit was perfect, and filled the air pressure to the number I requested. Five less than the upper limit on the tire. I could have installed the tire myself but I wanted a professional opinion and eye to make sure it was done correctly. It was.
