Great service!
It's difficult to properly rate the products as we have had them for less than 24 hours.
The service is fantastic! We dealt with Jason who was very attentive, patient & knowledgeable. He guided us through the various options & which bikes would be best for our particular challenges. We look forward to getting out & riding again!

Outstanding customer service
I had a steering issue after a bicycle accident and John was able to repair it the day I brought it in. They try to help the customer whenever they can.
Honesty
Back wheel fell off. After i test rode it Getting it out of the truck. Now gotta load it back up drive 100 miles one way tomorrow ( Monday). I get it put on. Not happy customer after paying 370$

After paying $199 upfront I expected a knowledgeable service person.He had to call the shop to ask what to check. Treadmill was running unevenly with a grinding noise coming from the motor area. I asked if he could do any diagnostics. He checked the voltage at the electric outlet! He made a video of the treadmill running unevenly and the noise and told me he would he see if the shop could contact the manufacturer. When I called the following week, he suggested replacing the control panel. Since I didn't think that would cause the noise, I declined and his response was that he thought the problem would work itself out. That is not satisfactory. I have since determined that the problem is a broken spring on one of the motor bushings which I will replace.If you want to make this right, charge me for the call and not for the service.
The sales folks listened very well to my needs and helped me find what I was looking for within my budget.

The people working there were friendly and helpful. They were quick to assist in unloading and loading my bike. They also got my tire repaired in a very timely manner.

David did a great job repairing my elliptical. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. He had been to my previous residence several years ago to work on it. It was good to see him again.
Staff was very knowledgeable about the treadmills who are looking at. Offered productive and helpful. Answer our questions on picking a specific treadmill. Store well organized. Scheller's has even more equipment and bicycles. Then we even realized. We appreciate Jesse and all of his sound advice on selecting treadmill.
