Nice business , the sales associate was very helpful in getting my bike repaired . Upon picking up my bike , there was a mistake in the bill. The mistake ( which was on their end ) was taken care of . I value that and do recommend this business for your cycling and repairs needs.
it was an easy layup sale for the associate. knew what bike style and price range we were looking for when we came in. decided on a bike, didn't get much info or specs on the bike from associate. never explained the lifetime tuneups on the bike and didn't even check to make sure it was in running shape when we made the purchase. felt kinda left out on some details or a welcome back feeling for future services or issues.

The problem I brought my bike in for still exists after buying a replacement derailer. The chain slips in top gear when pedaling with moderate force. It’s probably inherent to the bicycle, but it was indicated that the problem was solved

I have greatly enjoyed the exercise bicycle I bought from you. Your staff was extremely helpful: delivery and setup easy. I was saddened when the bike broke and wondered how difficult it would be to replace or repair. Within two days you had a repairman out. Dave was friendly, very willing to work to my schedule and possessed a knowledge of bikes second to none. A pleasure to work with him. Since his visit the bike has worked great.
