The employees are awesome
I like that you have a female salesperson, Virginia Powell, at the Cahaba Heights Trek location. She is very aware of the needs of female riders and goes the extra mile to ensure you get the right bike and the fit is correct. The service department is also excellent. Brandon is always attentive and takes me seriously when I have problem.

Came in for a bike fit with John and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He is definitely on top of his game and the new shop setup was great as well. Customer service was evident from the time I walked in the door and it was seen/ felt until the time I left. Great folks who care about their clients make a huge difference. I will definitely be back

Staff are very knowledgeable about the products. Would like to see a greater selection of jerseys in stock though. It is nice that I can check your inventory online and go to the store that has what I’m looking for.

Good customer service is sometimes hard to find nowadays. But, at Cahaba Cycle on Hwy 119, I have always found the employees to be nice and helpful!
